Description

Exercise 1 – with no weights or Heaviest for Female 2kg dumbbells and Males 4kg dumbbells. Hold Arms Straight shoulder height to the sides for 30 seconds – 1 minute. Then Immediately the next Exercise (Exercise 2) – Do small movements up and down for 30 seconds – 1 minute. then Immediately the next exercise (Exercise 3) – Do Big movements all the way down to your legs and shoulder height up 25 – 50 Reps. Rest 1 minute, then the next Exercise (Exercise 4) – give 30 – 60 Steps Per Leg. Rest 1 minute. Then Start with the next Exercise (Exercise 5) – hold Arms Straight shoulder height to the front for 30 seconds – 1 minute. Then Immediately the next Exercise (Exercise 6) – Do small movements up and down for 30 seconds – 1minute. Then Immediately the next exercise (Exercise 7) – Do Big movements all the way down to your legs and shoulder height up 25 – 50 Reps.
