Circuit 2 Can be Done After Circuit 1. BUT – If this is the First Time you are Exercising in longer than 2 months 3 times on the First Circuit is enough for DAY 1. Thereafter, Every Week you can Try one more Circuit to eventually by Week 4 be able to do 6 Circuits the One Directly after the other. On Circuit 2 also do 20 – 30 REPS Per Leg Per Exercise Except for the Last Exercise, Do only 10 – 15/leg. Once you have Completed the Circuit you have to do 2min Cardio. Repeat the Same Circuit Again 2 – 3 times.
